2026 Summer Playgroup Schedule

NPC’s regular playgroup for the 2026 school year ends on Thursday, June 11. Our summer schedule for 2026 begins on Tuesday, June 30. Summer playgroups are once a week on Tuesdays, and indoors at the Edwards Church location.

NPC Summer Playgroup:
Weekly on Tuesdays, 9:30 am – 11:30 am.
Runs from June 30 to August 11, 2026
Indoor play and community – yes there is air conditioning!

Bridge Street Elementary School, 2 Parsons St., Northampton. Free parking is available at Bridge Street School.

Northampton Parents Center

Northampton Parents Center is a drop-in center for families and caregivers of young children, birth to kindergarten. Since 1986, Northampton Parents Center (NPC) has provided a nurturing environment for families with young children to socialize, find resources, and build connections. Free daily drop-in playgroups are Monday through Thursday, 9:30 am to 11:30 am. More information here.

We are located in the lower level of Edwards Church, at the corner of State and Main Streets in downtown Northampton.

Mission

Since 1986, the mission of Northampton Parents Center has been to provide a nurturing and friendly space for young children and their caregivers to meet and play; to find support and resources; and to create connections and friendships.

NPC is located in the lower level of Edwards Church at the corner of State and Main Streets, in downtown Northampton. We are wheelchair accessible.
