Last Summer Playgroup Tuesday, August 11 & Playgroup Visitor from Seven Hills Foundation

Come play at Northampton Parents Center’s playgroup – always FREE and everyone welcome!

Elizabeth Vega, Information & Referral Counselor, Seven Hills Foundation, will be visiting playgroup on Tuesday, August 11. Elizabeth will share childcare resources and assistance accessing the new MyChildCareMA portal, where families can apply for childcare benefits through MyMassGov.

Playgroup is Tuesday, 9:30 am – 11:30 am at Edwards Church. NPC is located in the lower level of Edwards Church at the corner of State and Main Streets, in downtown Northampton. We are wheelchair accessible. On-street parking or in downtown area parking lots and garages.

Please note that Tuesday, August 11 will be the last playgroup of the 2026 summer season. The new playgroup season starts Tuesday, September 8.

Northampton Parents Center

Northampton Parents Center is a drop-in center for families and caregivers of young children, birth to kindergarten. Since 1986, Northampton Parents Center (NPC) has provided a nurturing environment for families with young children to socialize, find resources, and build connections. Free daily drop-in playgroups are Monday through Thursday, 9:30 am to 11:30 am. More information here.

We are located in the lower level of Edwards Church, at the corner of State and Main Streets in downtown Northampton.

Mission

Since 1986, the mission of Northampton Parents Center has been to provide a nurturing and friendly space for young children and their caregivers to meet and play; to find support and resources; and to create connections and friendships.
