Northampton Public Schools Early Childhood Center (ECC) offers amazing parent/caretaker workshops, family events, and playdates for children ages birth to 8, every month. All are FREE, and many recurr monthly – Family Gametime, Caregiver Café, Playdates at Smith College.
Some upcoming ECC Presents offerings for November:
• Monday, November 3, 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm: Monthly Caregiver Café. Note that November’s Caregiver Cafe is on Monday – Northampton Public Schools is closed Tuesday, November 4 for Election Day.
• Thursday, November 6, 8:00 pm – 9:00 pm (Zoom): ECC Presents Workshop – Chrissy D’Agostino, Independent Educational Consultant and Parent Educator, will present on “Sensorimotor Activiites to Promote Regulation and Emotional Connection”.
• Friday, November 7, 9:30 am – 11:30 am: ECC Presents – Play Date at Smith College Museum of Art. Adventures in and around the museum for 2-5 year olds and their caregivers.
• Sunday, November 9, 10:00 am – 11:30 am: EEC Presents – Revive Outside with Kestrel Land Trust. Join Kestrel Land Trust’s volunteers and Youth Coordinator for a guided family hike. at Fitzgerald Lake Conservation Area. Whole family welcome.
• Tuesday, November 25, 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Family Game Time at Forbes Library.
