Queer & Trans New Parents Support Group

NEW local parent support group! Queer and Trans New Parents Support Group is FREE and open to all members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community who are expecting, adopting, fostering, and/or parenting from pregnancy through postpartum.

This group is a monthly space for deep listening, meaningful connection, and community care. Facilitated by full-spectrum doulas Martha & Wylder. Martha & Wylder are two queer doulas who are stoked to offer a monthly virtual support group for queer & trans new parents.

When: Every 2nd Monday starting February 9th, 2026.

Northampton Parents Center

Northampton Parents Center is a drop-in center for families and caregivers of young children, birth to kindergarten. Since 1986, Northampton Parents Center (NPC) has provided a nurturing environment for families with young children to socialize, find resources, and build connections. Free daily drop-in playgroups are Monday through Thursday, 9:30 am to 11:30 am. More information here.

We are located in the lower level of Edwards Church, at the corner of State and Main Streets in downtown Northampton.

Mission

Since 1986, the mission of Northampton Parents Center has been to provide a nurturing and friendly space for young children and their caregivers to meet and play; to find support and resources; and to create connections and friendships.

NPC is located in the lower level of Edwards Church at the corner of State and Main Streets, in downtown Northampton. We are wheelchair accessible.
